Loaded Hot Dogs (Los Perros)
Ingredients
4 Reynaldo's Grillers
4 Hot dog buns
Coleslaw (about ¾ cup)
Pink sauce (mix 2 parts mayo to 1 part ketchup with juice of 1 lime)
¼ cup pineapple preserves
Potato sticks or chips, crushed
Shredded cheese
Directions
Grill the hot dogs until fully cooked. Add to a bun.
Add the pineapple sauce
Top with a few heaping spoonfuls of coleslaw.
Top with the cheese
Add the potato sticks
Drizzle with the pink sauce
