Loaded Hot Dogs (Los Perros)

Ingredients

  • 4 Reynaldo's Grillers

  • 4 Hot dog buns

  • Coleslaw (about ¾ cup)

  • Pink sauce (mix 2 parts mayo to 1 part ketchup with juice of 1 lime)

  • ¼ cup pineapple preserves

  • Potato sticks or chips, crushed

  • Shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Grill the hot dogs until fully cooked. Add to a bun.

  2. Add the pineapple sauce

  3. Top with a few heaping spoonfuls of coleslaw.

  4. Top with the cheese

  5. Add the potato sticks

  6. Drizzle with the pink sauce
