Chorizo Street Tacos

Ingredients

For the salsa:

• 1 package Reynaldo's Chorizo

• 1 white onion, finely chopped

• Fresh cilantro, for garnish

• Corn tortillas, warmed

• Lime wedges, for garnish/style

Directions

1. Sauté the chorizo in a pan until fully cooked

2. Add a portion onto the tortilla, then top with the onion and cilantro

3. Add a squeeze of lime juice and enjoy
