Tostada Bites

Ingredients

  • Carnitas (can be store-bought)

  • 1 lb. Round Tortilla Chips

  • 1 Cup Guacamole

  • 1/2 Red Cabbage, Chopped

  • 1/2 White Onion, Finely Diced

  • Reynaldo’s Queso Cotija

Directions

  1. Spread a layer of guacamole on each tortilla chip

  2. Add about 1oz of warm carnitas on top of the guacamole

  3. Sprinkle the chopped red cabbage and the diced white onion over the carnitas

  4. Sprinkle Reynaldo’s Queso Cotija

  5. Arrange your mini tostadas on a serving plate and enjoy!
