Elote Grillers

Ingredients

  • Hot dog buns

  • Reynaldo's Grillers, original

  • Elotes

  • Fresh avocado, diced, for garnish

  • Shredded romaine lettuce, for garnish

  • Queso Cotija, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook Reynaldo’s Grillers until they’re heated through and lightly browned on the outside

  2. Lightly toast or warm the hot dog buns on the grill or in a pan until soft and slightly crispy

  3. Heat the elotes until warm and flavorful

  4. Place each griller into a bun, then top generously with elotes

  5. Finish with diced avocado, shredded romaine lettuce, and a sprinkle of queso cotija. Serve immediately
